There will be a warning, click OK.
Then you enter your user name, password and the website you want to connect your new profile to.
After the profile is saved, click the synchronize button so you can download the surveys on your mobile device. A window, showing you the downloading progress, pops up.
When the surveys are downloaded you can see them in your mailbox.
Editing and Saving a Survey
This video shows how to edit and save a survey.
In your inbox you can choose one of the available surveys. By selecting one of them you can view its summary.
When you click next you will see the location, your name and the date. Clicking the “Set Date/Time to Now” will automatically adjust the date to the current one. You can also adjust the date by clicking on the date text box and selecting the numbers from the drop-down menu.
On the next page you have to fill in the items you have purchased.
Next you have to specify the amount of the purchase and you can see that only a number is acceptable.
Then you can fill in the questions of the survey itself.
When you click the Jump button you can see a list of all the questions and you can choose which questions you want to fill in. Scroll down and you can see the question that are not filled in correct are highlighted in red, and if there is bad spelling they are in yellow.
Select it and you will see what causes the warning sign. Because there is no word, such as the one written, the system instantly shows a warning. You can edit or delete the comment and the warning will disappear.
Fill in the rest of the questions and then click Done.
The floppy disk image in the bottom right corner of the survey shows that this survey has been saved successfully.
Clicking the synchronizing button will make your survey ready for submission.
Uploading Pictures

When there is a question that requires an image an attachment button will appear below the question.
Select it and then you can choose to take a picture right now or chose one from the album on your mobile device and upload it.
Let's upload a picture from the album. Select the desired image from the saved photos and upload it. You can see that it appears right below the question.
By clicking the cross in the corner of the image you can delete it. As you can see the image is no longer there.
We can upload that photo again.

Click the “Apply Filter” button and you can see that only two surveys are shown from Zurich and Columbus respectively.
